Common use of Receipt of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Agreement. Each of the parties hereto acknowledges having read this Agreement in its entirety and having received a fully executed copy thereof. A fully executed copy shall be an original for all purposes. The Employee further acknowledges that he has been advised, prior to his execution of this Agreement, of his right to retain and seek the advice of an attorney regarding this Agreement.
