RENT DUE DATE. Tenant hereby acknowledges that late payment will cause Landlord to incur costs not contemplated by this Rental Agreement. We allow for a 3 day grace period. In the event rent is not received prior to the 4th of the month, Tenant agrees to pay a $25 late fee, plus an additional $5 per day for every day thereafter until the rent is paid. Neither ill health, loss of job, financial emergency, or other excuses will be accepted for late payment.

RENT DUE DATE. The rent is payable in advance, and due the day of every calendar month for the subsequent month. Tenant must pay rent on or before the due date. There is no grace period and rent payments received after the rent due date will be considered late.
RENT DUE DATE. 1. The monthly rent including all taxes, fees, ancillary costs, value added tax, etc. is due for payment in advance on the first of every month with a five-day grace period - independent of any assessment by the Landlord - and shall be paid to the account designated by the Landlord free of charges or deductions in such a way that the rent is received no later than on the due date.
2. The Tenant shall bear the risk for the timeliness of the rent payment.
3. Communications from the Tenant on payment receipts have no legal consequences. The Tenant acknowledges that such communications cannot be deemed to have been tacitly taken note of by the Landlord.
4. In the event that the Tenant is in arrears with the rent or other monetary claims of the Landlord arising out of this Lease Agreement, interest on arrears at the rate of 5% above the current base interest rate of the European Central Bank as agreed upon shall apply; however, the Landlord reserves the right to charge higher interest on arrears from the title of the payment of damages.

RENT DUE DATE. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Prorated rent from the date of occupancy to the end of the first month will be added to the first billing on the Student’s University account. Interest charges on any unpaid balances will be assessed based on the University’s Revolving Charge Account program.

All monetary obligations of Tenant to Owner under the terms of this Rental/Lease Agreement, including but not limited to late fees, shall be deemed and referred to in this lease to be rent. Each Tenant, if more than one (1) Tenant, agrees that they are jointly and severally liable for the full payment of rent and fees when due.
