Recall to Temporary Vacancies. In accordance with the provisions of this Article, employees shall designate agreement to be recalled by work location on a temporary basis when laid off. Recall to a temporary vacancy shall also be on the basis of seniority. An employee who fails to accept recall to a temporary vacancy at a layoff unit previously designated shall be removed from that list. Removal from a temporary list shall not effect the employee's place on any permanent recall list.
