Reallocation of Shares. If an Option is terminated, in whole or in part, for any reason other than its exercise, or if a Stock Award is forfeited in whole or in part, the number of shares of Common Stock allocated to the Option or Stock Award or portion thereof may be reallocated to other Options and Stock Awards to be granted under this Plan.
