Common use of Realignment Clause in Contracts

Realignment. For purposes of placement on ULA or reinstatement from ULA, nothing in this Article, shall require the School District to reassign a senior principal to a different position for which he/she is not qualified, as defined in Section 11.2 above, to accommodate the seniority claims of a junior principal.
