Common use of Realignment Clause in Contracts

Realignment. The School District shall not be required to reassign or realign a senior Teacher to a different subject matter category to accommodate the seniority claims of a junior Teacher, nor shall the School District be required to assign a senior Teacher to a substantially different grade-level assignment to accommodate the seniority claims of a junior Teacher.
