Realignment. For purposes of placement on ULA or recall from ULA, nothing in this article, shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher to a different position in a subject matter or field in which the teacher has not successfully taught in within the past five (5) years.

Realignment. For purposes of placement on ULA or recall from ULA, nothing in this article, shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher to a different position for which that teacher is not qualified, as defined in 13.2 above, reassign a senior teacher to a different subject matter or field in which category to accommodate the seniority claims of a junior teacher, nor shall it require the District to assign a senior teacher has not successfully taught in within to a substantially different grade level assignment to accommodate the past five (5) yearsseniority claims of a junior teacher.
