Common use of Realignment Clause in Contracts

Realignment. For purposes of placement on ULA or recall from ULA, nothing in this article, shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher to a different position in a subject matter or field in which the teacher has not successfully taught in within the past five (5) years.
