Real Property; Fixtures. No Grantor shall (i) grant, assign, or pledge to any Person security interest in all or any portion of such Grantor’s right, title, and interest in and to its Real Property, or (ii) create or permit to exist any Lien upon or with respect to any of the Real Property of any Grantor, except for Permitted Liens. Each Grantor acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all of the Collateral shall remain personal property regardless of the manner of its attachment or affixation to real property;
