No Grantor will change its name, chief executive office, organizational identification number, jurisdiction of organization or organizational identity; provided, that any Grantor may change its name or chief executive office upon at least ten days prior written notice to Agent of such change.

Such Guarantor has not changed such Guarantor’s name or, if applicable, principal residence in the past five (5) years or, if applicable, its jurisdiction of organization (which is correctly identified on the signature page hereto) in the past five (5) years.
