Common use of Real Estate Owned Reports Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Owned Reports. Together with the statement furnished pursuant to Section 4.02, the Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer and the Credit Risk Manager on or before the Remittance Date in each month a statement with respect to any REO Property covering the operation of such REO Property for the previous month and the Servicer’s efforts in connection with the sale of such REO Property and any rental of such REO Property incidental to the sale thereof for the previous month. That statement shall be accompanied by such other information as either the Master Servicer or the Credit Risk Manager shall reasonably request.

Real Estate Owned Reports. Together with the statement furnished pursuant to Section 4.02, the Servicer shall furnish by electronic transmission to the Master Servicer and the Credit Risk Manager Certificate Insurer on or before the Remittance Date in each month a statement with respect to any REO Property covering the operation of such REO Property for the previous month and the Servicer’s efforts in connection with the sale of such REO Property and any rental of such REO Property incidental to the sale thereof for the previous month. That statement shall be accompanied by such other information as either the Master Servicer or the Credit Risk Manager shall reasonably request.

That statement shall be accompanied by such other information as either the Master Servicer or the Credit Risk Manager Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request.
