READINESS TO COMPETE. I will only participate in those CARA Gymnastics competitions for which I believe I am physically and psychologically prepared to compete. Prior to participation in Gymnastics events, I will have practiced my exercises, and will perform only those exercises which I have accomplished to the degree of confidence necessary to assure I can perform them by myself, without injury.

Prior to participation in Gymnastics events, she will have practiced her skills and routines, and will perform only those exercises which she has accomplished to the degree of confidence necessary to assure she can perform them by herself, without injury.

I am fully aware of the special dangers and risks therein in this activity including physical injury, death or consequences that may arise or result from this activity. I hereby assume all risk of injury or liability and waive any right of recovery from or bring suit against Three Rivers Lacrosse Club, its coaches and/or representatives for any personal injury, death, loss or other consequence arising out of participation in this activity.
