Rates When Cooling Effluent and Wastewater. Arose From Water Withdrawn From Microsoft Well. The City shall treat Cooling Effluent and Wastewater resulting from the use of City water withdrawn by Microsoft from the Well or the use of Microsoft’s water withdrawn from the Well at the rate otherwise specified for the City’s delivery of RO Reuse Water and Softened Reuse Water as applicable and treatment of Wastewater, less Microsoft’s actual pump and Well operation and management costs. In the event that Microsoft incurs costs associated with operating the well, pump, or related infrastructure (under its rights described in Section 7 . 1 2 . 2 1 7 . 1 2 . 2 and in Section 19.2.21119.2.2), the City shall reimburse Microsoft for all those staff and operating costs through a direct reimbursement – the following month, or through an equivalent rate decrease reflected as an offset on the next monthly invoice to Microsoft. This reimbursement process shall remain in effect so long as Microsoft operates the well and/or WTP.

Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
