Rates Specified. Employees covered by this agreement shall be compensated for hours worked at the appropriate hourly rate specified in Addendum A. Permanent, non-probationary employees are eligible for lump sum bonuses in accordance with the Montana University System Staff Compensation Plan Guidelines.
