Rates for Relief Work. 14.1 A regular, full-time employee assigned to relieve the following Department Supervisors for a period of more than two (2) days shall be paid the following premium for such position for all time so employed: General Merchandise Supervisors 75¢ per hour Food Supervisors 75¢ per hour 14.2 Premium pay for relieving the above Department Supervisors shall be over and above the employee’s present prevailing rate.
