Rates for Relief Work. An employee assigned to relieve a Department Supervisor for a period of more than two (2) days shall be paid a premium of seventy-five ($0.75) cents per hour for such position for all time so employed.

14.2 Premium pay for relieving the Department Managers shall be over and above the employees' present prevailing rate.
