Common use of Rate Clause in Contracts

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25% of average daily net assets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.250.85% of average daily net assetsassets up to $200 million; 0.75% of average daily net assets in excess of $200 million.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.50% of average daily net assets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.45% of average daily net assets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.60% of average daily net assets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.65% of average daily net assetsassets up to $200 million; .50% of average daily net assets up to the next $200 million; and .40% of average daily net assets in excess of $400 million.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.250.65% of average daily net assetsassets up to $250 million; and 0.60% of average daily net assets over $250 million.

Rate. The fees fee with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25rate of 0.75% of average daily net assets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.65% of average daily net assetsassets up to $200 million; .50% of average daily net assets up to the next $200 million; and ..40% of average daily net assets in excess of $400 million.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.40% of average daily net assets.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.25.75% of average daily net assetsassets up to $300 million; .65% of average daily net assets up to the next $100 million; .55% of average daily net assets up to the next $100 million, and .50% in excess of $500 million.

Rate. The fees with respect to the Fund shall be at the following annualized rates: 0.250.60% of average daily net assetsassets on the first $500 million, 0.50% of the Fund's average daily net assets on the next $500 million, and 0.40% of the Fund's average daily net assets over $1 billion.
