Rate Plans. Seller has furnished Buyer with the rates charged to subscribers of Seller and the roamer rates charged to subscribers of other cellular operators who utilize the System. No action to change, alter or rescind any of said rates is pending or, to the knowledge of Seller, required or under consideration.
