Rate Per Efh Adjustment. In case of deviation from the parameters specified above, the Rate Per EFH will be adjusted accordingly on January 1st each year. Customer will provide information regarding the above parameters on a monthly basis and in a mutually agreed upon format, including an LLP Report (Disk sheets). Time is of the essence. All adjustments to the Rate Per EFH will be retroactive to the beginning of the prior year from which the information on parameters or Disk sheets was drawn.
