Random Selection Process. The process of identifying employees, who, by being required to possess a CDL, must participate in the alcohol testing program shall be selected on a random basis which is computer generated. Should a randomly selected employee have previously excused absence during the time they would be required to provide a sample, there shall be no testing of that employee for that particular occasion.
