Intellectual Property Agreement. In consideration of Ceridian HCM, Inc. or one of its affiliates (collectively “Ceridian”) offering me employment, I hereby expressly acknowledge and agree as follows:
Intellectual Property Agreement. All faculty, staff and other employees, as well as non-employees who participate or intend to participate in teaching and/or research or scholarship projects in the District are bound by this policy.
Intellectual Property Agreement. The Buyer shall have entered into the Intellectual Property Agreement, and the Intellectual Property Agreement shall be in full force and effect.
Intellectual Property Agreement. As a material part of the consideration for my employment by Xxxxxx Corporation (“Company”), the compensation that I, [EXECUTIVE], shall receive during my employment, and the additional consideration that I will receive pursuant to the Employment Agreement to which this Intellectual Property Agreement (“IP Agreement”) is attached as Exhibit A, I acknowledge and agree that, by my signature on the attached Employment Agreement, I also agree to this IP Agreement’s terms, which are deemed incorporated into and a part of the Employment Agreement:
Intellectual Property Agreement. As part of the consideration for my employment or continued employment with Veritas DGC Inc. or any company affiliated with Veritas (collectively referred to as "Veritas"), I agree to the following:
Intellectual Property Agreement. Executive hereby further agrees, as a condition to the issuance of the Executive Units hereunder, to execute and to be bound by the terms of the Agreement Concerning Inventions, Trade Secrets and Confidential Information, a form of which is attached hereto as Annex C.

Intellectual Property Agreement. All matters relating to the ownership and right to use intellectual property, other than data, shall be governed exclusively by the Intellectual Property Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the Intellectual Property Agreement and this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, the Intellectual Property Agreement shall govern.
Intellectual Property Agreement. The Buyer shall have received the Intellectual Property Agreement duly executed by the Seller.
Intellectual Property Agreement. As a material part of the consideration for my employment by Xynomic Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Company”) and the salary and other compensation that I, Xxxx Xxxxx, shall receive during my employment, I acknowledge and agree that, by my signature on the Employment Agreement (“Employment Agreement”) to which this Intellectual Property Agreement (“Agreement”) is attached as Schedule 1, I also agree to this Agreement’s terms, which are deemed incorporated into and a part of the Employment Agreement:
