Common use of RA Capacity Payments Clause in Contracts

RA Capacity Payments. (a) Seller is eligible for a RA Capacity Payment only if Buyer is able to apply the entire Project NQC towards Buyer’s RAR Showings. For each month that the foregoing condition is met, the “RA Capacity Payment” shall be the sum of (i) Metered Amounts (in MWh) for all hours in a month multiplied by (ii) the applicable Capacity Price (in dollars per MWh) specified for each XXX Period (𝑃𝐶𝑎𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑖𝑡𝑦−XXX) set forth in Section 3(b) of this Exhibit D.
