Common use of Quotation of Rates Clause in Contracts

Quotation of Rates. It is hereby acknowledged that a Responsible Officer or other appropriately designated officer of Borrower may call Administrative Agent on or before the date on which a Borrowing Notice is to be delivered by Borrower in order to receive an indication of the rates then in effect, but such indicated rates shall neither be binding upon Administrative Agent or Lenders nor affect the rate of interest which thereafter is actually in effect when the Borrowing Notice is given or on the Borrowing Date.

Quotation of Rates.
