Common use of Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim. Upon any termination or expiration of this Lease pursuant to its terms, Tenant, at Landlord's request, shall execute, have acknowledged and deliver to Landlord a quitclaim deed of all Tenant's interest in the Premises, Buildings and Property created by this Lease.
