Common use of Quiet Environment Clause in Contracts

Quiet Environment. Landlord covenants that upon Tenant paying the rent and additional rent and observing and performing all the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease on its part to be observed and performed, Tenant may peaceably and quietly enjoy the Demised Premises free from hindrance or molestation from Landlord or any party, subject, nevertheless, to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
