Quiet Environment. Landlord covenants that Tenant, on paying the rent reserved and on performing all the terms, covenants and conditions hereof on the part of Tenant to be performed, and not being in default under any of the terms of this Lease, shall at all times during the term of this Lease peacefully and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Premises without any manner of hindrance from Landlord or any persons lawfully claiming under or through Landlord, except as to any portion of the Demised Premises that may be taken by eminent domain.
Quiet Environment. If Tenant shall perform all of the covenants and agreements herein required to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, subject to the terms of this Lease, at all times during the Lease Term, have peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the Premises against any person claiming by, through or under Landlord, but not otherwise.
Quiet Environment. Lessor agrees that upon compliance with the terms and conditions of this lease Lessee shall and may peacefully and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the leased premises for the term of this lease and any renewal of said term.
Quiet Environment. Landlord agrees that upon Tenant’s paying the rent and performing and observing the agreements, conditions and other provisions on its part to be performed and observed, Tenant shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises during the Term hereof without hindrance from Landlord or anyone claiming under Landlord, subject, however, to the terms of this Lease.
Quiet Environment. Landlord covenants and agrees with Tenant that upon Tenant paying the rent and all other charges due hereunder and observing and performing all the terms, covenants and conditions on Tenant's part to be observed and performed under the terms of this Lease, Tenant may peaceably and quietly enjoy the Leased Premises during such times as Tenant occupies the Leased Premises as set forth in Exhibit A.
Quiet Environment. Lessor covenants that Lessee shall have quiet and peaceable possession of the Premises throughout the duration of this Lease, and that Lessor will not intentionally disturb Lessee’s occupancy thereof as long as Lessee is not in default hereunder.
Quiet Environment. The Landlord covenants to provide the Tenant with quiet enjoyment and possession of the Premises during the Term and any renewals thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
Quiet Environment. So long as Tenant performs all of its obligations under this Lease, subject to the provisions of this ARTICLE 15, Tenant's possession of the Leased Property will not be disturbed by or through Landlord.

LESSOR warrants and represent to LESSEE that so long as LESSEE pays the rent due hereunder and performs all its covenants and agreements under this Lease, LESSEE shall have peaceable and quiet enjoyment of the Leased Premises, and all rights, easements and privileges appurtenant thereto, without interruption by LESSOR, the mortgagee of LESSOR, or any other person, firm or corporation claiming under either LESSOR or the mortgagee of LESSOR.
