Landlord covenants and represents that it has full right, power and authority to grant the leasehold estate hereunder, and covenants that County, upon paying the Rent hereunder and performing the covenants hereof, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises and all appurtenances during the full Term of this Lease as against all persons or entities claiming by and through Landlord or on account of any action, inaction or agreement of Landlord or its Agents.
