Shortages 1. No employee may be required to make up cash register shortages unless he is given the privilege of checking the change and daily receipts upon starting and completing the work shift and unless the employee has exclusive access to the cash register during the work shift, except as specified below.
Weather 6.1 No extension of time shall be granted for delays resulting from normal weather conditions prevailing in the area as defined by the average of the last ten years of weather data as recorded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration at the Fort Lauderdale Weather Station.
Inclement Weather 4:1 Employees who report for work on a workday or for prearranged work on a workday and are unable to work in the field because of inclement weather, heat or other causes, shall be paid for actual time worked, if any, but not less than two (2) hours at straight-time rates. Employees receiving subsistence as provided for in Section 5:2 shall continue to receive subsistence in addition to the amount provided for under this Section.
Vandalism Vandalism will result in cancellation of privileges. Vandalism is defined as any malicious attempt to harm or destroy data of another user, Internet, or any of the above listed agencies or other networks that are connected to any of the Internet backbones. This includes, but not limited to, the uploading or creation of computer viruses.
