Quarantines Clause Samples

The Quarantines clause establishes procedures and requirements for isolating individuals, goods, or assets that may pose a health or safety risk due to exposure to infectious agents or contaminants. Its core function is to prevent the spread of harmful agents and protect the health and safety of all parties by ensuring clear protocols are in place for managing potential contamination or infection risks.
