Quarantines. Employees who are unable to perform their duties due to legally established quarantines shall be entitled to the same leave as though they were personally ill, provided a certificate from the County Health Department is filed verifying the quarantine.
Quarantines. 18 Absences stemming directly from a quarantine order of the 19 County Health Department shall be applied to industrial 20 accident/illness leave if it can be shown that the illness was 21 contracted from a student or employee during the normal course 22 of assigned duties. Quarantines. If an educator is required to quarantine or care for someone who is quarantined, but is not symptomatic, that educator may after consultation with his/her administrator be required to work remotely. If an educator is available to work remotely, but is directed by their supervisor not to, they will not be charged accrued time.
Quarantines. Where an Employee is placed under quarantine by a medical authority, and the quarantine is reasonably attributable to the employee’s performance of her/his duties, the employee will be paid for all scheduled shifts for the duration of the quarantine period.

  • Shortages 1. No employee may be required to make up cash register shortages unless he is given the privilege of checking the change and daily receipts upon starting and completing the work shift and unless the employee has exclusive access to the cash register during the work shift, except as specified below.

  • Inclement Weather 4:1 Employees who report for work on a workday or for prearranged work on a workday and are unable to work in the field because of inclement weather, heat or other causes, shall be paid for actual time worked, if any, but not less than two (2) hours at straight-time rates. Employees receiving subsistence as provided for in Section 5:2 shall continue to receive subsistence in addition to the amount provided for under this Section.

  • Vandalism Vandalism will result in cancellation of privileges. Vandalism is defined as any malicious attempt to harm or destroy data of another user, Internet, or any of the above listed agencies or other networks that are connected to any of the Internet backbones. This includes, but not limited to, the uploading or creation of computer viruses.
