Common use of Quantity and Frequency Clause in Contracts

Quantity and Frequency. The County’s Representative will determine when to begin each cycle based on inspections conducted. The total number and timing of the cycles will depend on the growth conditions of the planted beds during the season. A maximum of twenty four (24) cycles will be ordered during the maintenance period. The Contractor will be compensated at the unit price per square foot times the actual number of square feet completed during a cycle.
