Quality Plan. Seller and Buyer shall establish a quality plan which will define the quality practices, the resources and the activities relevant to Products that are designed and/or manufactured for Buyer. This plan will define how the quality requirements will be met and will be approved in writing by both Parties.

Quality Plan. Seller and Buyer shall establish a quality plan which will shall define the quality practices, the resources and the activities relevant to Products that are designed and/or or manufactured for Buyer. This plan will define how Notwithstanding the foregoing, at Buyer’s request, the parties shall negotiate in good faith and enter into a separate quality requirements will be met agreement setting forth the parties’ respective rights, responsibilities and will be approved in writing by both Partiesobligations with respect to Product quality.
