Common use of Quality Control Audits Clause in Contracts

Quality Control Audits. Supplier shall regularly inspect Product dates and the quality and integrity of all Products for conformance to the requirements of this Agreement. Supplier, at its sole cost and expense, shall designate a quality assurance representative at each Supplier Facility. TFM shall have the right, at any and all times, upon [***] business days’ prior written notice, to review and audit the Supplier Facilities for quality issues and to confirm compliance with this Agreement.
