Quality Control Acceptance and Rejection Sample Clauses

The 'Quality Control; Acceptance and Rejection' clause establishes the standards and procedures for evaluating whether goods or services provided under a contract meet the agreed-upon quality requirements. It typically outlines the buyer's right to inspect deliveries, set timeframes for inspection, and specify the process for accepting or rejecting items that do not conform to specifications. This clause ensures that only products or services that meet contractual standards are accepted, protecting the buyer from substandard performance and providing a clear mechanism for addressing defects or non-compliance.
