Common use of Qualified Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Qualified Arbitrator. A partner or other individual designated by Landlord or Tenant, as the case may be, who: (i) is employed by a disinterested, reputable and nationally recognized certified public accounting firm or has comparable qualifications; and (ii) has at least ten (10) years' experience in the financial reporting and valuation of casino properties.
