Qualifications To Do Business. Contractor affirms it has obtained all approvals, licenses, or other qualifications needed to perform the work on the Plugging Project and conduct business in Ohio, and that all are current. If at any time during the term of this Agreement Contractor, for any reason, becomes disqualified from performing the work on the Plugging Project or from conducting business in the State of Ohio, Contractor shall immediately notify Landowner and ODNR in writing and will immediately cease performance of the Plugging Project.
