Purpose. The purpose for which of the Company is organized is shall be to transact hold securities of operating companies of the Sole Member and to carry on any and all lawful business business, purpose or activity for which limited liability companies may be organized under the Act and that is not forbidden by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Company engages in that businessAct.
