PURPOSE, USE, AND OCCUPANCY. Resident shall occupy the Premises as a private, residential dwelling. The Premises shall not be occupied for any other purpose, specifically including but not limited to any business purpose. Only those individuals who have signed this Lease Agreement as Resident and minor children of any individual designated as Resident in this Lease Agreement may occupy the Premises. Occupancy is defined as any individual present in the Premises for eight (8) or more total hours in each of four (4) days or more in any thirty (30) day period.
