Purpose of the Committee. The University and the Union agree to create a Labor-Management Committee for the purpose of identifying issues of concern to either party and to jointly procure solutions to such concerns. The Committee shall also serve as a forum of discussion for any issues associated with the implementation of any aspect of this MOU.
