PURPOSE AND RELATIONSHIP. 01.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to aid in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Company and its Employees. The Company and the Association agree that there will be no intimidation, discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practiced by either of them or their representatives or members because of an Employee's membership or non-membership in the Association.
