Purchasing Policy. The City will use the Purchasing Policy and procedures of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake for capital purchases and contracts related to the Facilities, including all process for obtaining quotes and issuing and approving tenders. Prior to awarding contracts or completing major capital purchases, that will be approved by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake City Council, the City will provide notice to the Central Cariboo Joint Committee.
