Common use of Purchasing Contracts Clause in Contracts

Purchasing Contracts. No provision, including of any law, rule, regulation or to the knowledge of Seller Parent, any contract, arrangement, understanding or other item which binds the Business or is included in the Assets or Assumed Liabilities, prevents or will prevent the Business from changing its purchasing contracts or arrangements with wholesalers to such new contracts and arrangements as Parent or the Purchaser may specify.

Purchasing Contracts. No provision, including provision of any law, rule, regulation Contract or to the knowledge of Seller Parent, any contract, arrangement, understanding or other item Law which binds any of the Sellers or any of their Affiliates or the Business or is included in the Transferred Assets or Assumed Liabilities, prevents or will prevent the Business from changing its purchasing contracts or arrangements with wholesalers to such new contracts and arrangements as Parent or the Purchaser may specify.
