Purchasing Card Program. The State of Florida has implemented a purchasing card program, using the Visa platform. Contractor may receive payment from state agencies by the purchasing card in the same manner as other Visa purchases. Visa acceptance is mandatory but is not the exclusive method of payment. Administrative fees shall not be charged to the Customer.
