Common use of Purchase, Delivery and Storage of Materials and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Purchase, Delivery and Storage of Materials and Equipment. If applicable, the Construction Manager shall investigate and recommend a schedule for the District’s purchase of materials and equipment which are a part of the Project and require long lead time procurement, and coordinate the schedule with the early preparation of portions of the contract documents. The Construction Manager shall expedite and coordinate delivery of all purchases. If applicable, the Construction Manager shall arrange for delivery and storage, protection and security for District -purchased materials, systems and equipment which are a part of the Project, until such items are incorporated into the Project.
