Pupil Referrals. Whenever it appears that a particular pupil requires the attention of special counselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians or other professional persons, the teacher will take reasonable steps to notify the Administration with respect to such pupils. The Administrator shall investigate the concern of the teacher as soon as reasonable and take whatever reasonable remedial measures he determines to be necessary under the circumstances.
