Statutory references definition

Statutory references means references to statutes of the State of Oklahoma as they now are or as they may be amended to be;
Statutory references. Unless expressly stated to the contrary, any references in this Agreement to any law, by-law, rule, regulation, order or act of any government, governmental body or other Regulatory Authority shall be construed as a reference thereto as enacted as of the Effective Date as such law, by-law, rule, regulation, order or act may be amended, re-enacted or superseded from time to time.
Statutory references means that, unless otherwise specified, any reference in this Revised Plan to a statute includes all regulations made thereunder and all applicable amendments to such statute or regulations in force, from time to time, or any statute or regulations that supplement or supersede such statute or regulations;
