Manager shall, with the assistance of Owner and the engineers and other Third Party Professionals, prepare and enforce punch lists and other itemizations of defective, deficient, or incomplete Work. Manager shall report to Owner in its Monthly Reports its progress in having corrected and completed such defective, deficient, or incomplete Work.
