Common use of Publicity and Advertising Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Advertising. The parties agree that any notices or disclosures to third parties concerning this Agreement or the Services: shall be jointly coordinated and approved in advance by both parties. In addition, neither party shall use the corporate name or any brand or proprietary name, xxxx or logo of the other party for any advertising or promotional purpose without first submitting such advertising or promotional materials to the other party and obtaining the prior written consent of such party.
