Public Reprimand or Criticism. An administrator shall not reprimand or criticize an employee in the presence of the employee’s colleagues, teachers (other than the supervising teachers), or in the presence of students or the parents of such students. When reprimand or criticism is deemed necessary, it shall be made with discretion and out of public view and hearing.
