PUBLIC RELEASE OF INFORMATION. (a) All materials which relate to the Services performed by the Contractor under this Contract shall be submitted to the City Manager for review and approval prior to release to the public. Subcontractor public information materials shall be submitted for approval through the prime Contractor to the City Manager. At a minimum, these materials may be technical papers, presentations, articles for publication and speeches or mass media material including, but not limited to, press releases, photographs, fact sheets, advertising, posters, compact discs, and videos.
