Public Liability and Premises Damage. Commercial General Liability insurance with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or such larger amount as may hereafter be reasonably requested from time to time by Landlord, insuring against any and all liability with respect to the Premises or arising out of Tenant’s maintenance, use or occupancy thereof.

Commercial General Liability Comprehensive public liability insurance with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars one million dollars ($1,000,000) (with inflation endorsement) per occurrence or such larger amount as may hereafter be reasonably requested determined by Landlord from time to time by Landlordtime, insuring against any and all liability with respect to the Premises or arising out of Tenant’s 's maintenance, use or occupancy thereof.
