Public Liability and Premises Damage. Commercial General Liability insurance with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or such larger amount as may hereafter be reasonably requested from time to time by Landlord, insuring against any and all liability with respect to the Premises or arising out of Tenant’s maintenance, use or occupancy thereof.
