Public Emergency. In the event of an emergency or to protect the public health or safety, if the Town's employees or agents must be closer to any Equipment than the FCC's recommended minimum distance, Licensee shall deactivate such Equipment immediately. In such case, the Town will contact Licensee's NOC #800 264-6620 (the "NOC#") to request deactivation.
