Common use of PTO Priority Requests Clause in Contracts

PTO Priority Requests. When “priority” requests for a block of PTOs of seven consecutive calendar days or more are submitted to the Hospital in writing at least four (4) months but not more than six (6) months in advance of the posting deadline for the schedule containing the beginning of such block, the relative length of continuous employment will not be relevant except as specified below in this section.
